This day we went to a local chocolate factory. This was neat because I got to see how the cocoa bean is processed by hand to become a chocolate bar.
After the chocolate factory we headed over to a cocoa farm. Here we got to see an actual cocoa bean's life stages through the process of how it becomes fermented. Also, we studied and analyzed the narrative of the tourist element to this farm which was quite interesting.
